Purion Return & Exchange Policy
At Purion Pakistan, we value our customers and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and performance. Each Purion Vietnam-made RO Plant is thoroughly tested and inspected before dispatch. However, if an issue arises, we are here to make the exchange process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Customers are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, only in the case of damaged or defective parts.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery, providing clear images or videos of the damaged part or product.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging for the exchange to be approved.
- Once verified, Purion will arrange replacement parts or a new unit depending on the nature of the issue.
2. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, as well as to ensure product authenticity:
- No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items, discounted products, or special promotional offers.
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, voltage issues, or repairs by unauthorized technicians are not eligible for replacement.
- Any product altered, opened, or used beyond initial inspection cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Damaged or Missing Parts
If your order arrives with missing components or visible damage, please report it immediately within 7 days of delivery.
- Purion will review your claim and, upon approval, send replacement parts at no additional cost.
- In some cases, our technical team may contact you for verification or assistance with installation support.
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- In case of prepayment, eligible cancellations will be refunded within 7โ10 working days after approval.
5. Product Condition for Return or Exchange
To qualify for exchange or replacement, the item must:
- Be in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
- Not show signs of installation, use, or tampering.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
6. Responsibility for Shipping
- For damaged or defective products verified by Purion, return shipping costs will be covered by the company.
- For any other cases, the customer will bear return shipping charges.
- Products must be securely packed to avoid further damage during return transit.
7. Refund Policy
Since Purion specializes in water purification systems and spare parts, we currently offer exchange or replacement only, not cash refunds.
However, in exceptional cases (e.g., product unavailable for replacement), a refund may be issued at the companyโs discretion.
