Welcome to Purion Pakistan, the official distributor of Purion Vietnam, offering high-quality RO water purifiers and filtration systems across Pakistan. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
Purion is an internationally recognized brand from Vietnam, now proudly operating in Pakistan. Our mission is to provide homes and businesses with advanced, reliable, and affordable water purification systems.
All products sold through Purion Pakistan are original, Vietnam-made, and undergo strict quality checks before delivery.
2. Product Information & Availability
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all our RO systems. However, minor differences may occur due to updates in product design or manufacturing.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. In case an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be informed promptly, and alternate solutions or refunds will be offered.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, import charges, or supplier revisions. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement through available secure payment options.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services. Standard delivery times range between 3 to 7 working days depending on location and stock.
Delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, or other uncontrollable events are not the responsibility of Purion.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for products that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
To be eligible for exchange:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
No exchanges or returns are accepted for sale or discounted items unless the product is defective upon arrival.
6. Warranty & Support
All Purion RO Systems come with a limited warranty covering parts and manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are processed after inspection by our service team.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Consumable parts such as filters and membranes
- Normal wear and tear
Our team in Pakistan is fully trained by Purion Vietnam to maintain international quality standards.
7. International Communication
While Purion Pakistan operates independently, we maintain coordination with our parent manufacturing unit in Vietnam for technical updates, quality improvements, and global support. Communication with Vietnam-based support is available only through authorized channels.
8. Intellectual Property
All brand names, product designs, logos, and images on this website are the property of Purion Vietnam and are protected under international trademark and copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Purion shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product misuse, delays, or third-party handling.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total price paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with acknowledgment of Purion’s origin and operational standards set by Purion Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
